• Personalized Care Plans – Care plans are personalized to meet each resident’s unique needs

• 24/7 Personalized Assistance – Caregivers are available around-the-clock to provide support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

• Medication Management – Residents are reminded and assisted with taking their required medications, on time and correctly.

• Convenient, In-home Full-service Healthcare – Atlas Medical will be providing fully integrated healthcare services in our community-based care setting. Their board-certified clinicians provide a full spectrum of health and wellness services for our residents without them ever having to leave “home”. Their offices are just ¾ mile from Mountain Meadows.

• Nutritious Meals – Delicious, well-balanced meals prepared in our commercial kitchen and served in our dining room can be tailored to individual dietary needs. Snacks are regularly available.

• Housekeeping & Laundry Services – A clean, comfortable environment is always maintained. Each resident’s personal laundry is done on a regular basis.

• Social Interaction – In addition to the dining room, there are three large community areas with big-screen TVs, tables for games and other activities, desks, and comfy seating for residents to enjoy each other.

• Recreational Activities – Engaging activities promoting social interaction and mental well-being are arranged.  Fitness is encouraged and the home maintains a workout room complete with low-impact exercise equipment.
